Not only was Jay knowledgeable about the cars I looked at, he was friendly and easy to talk to without being pushy. If you are looking for a Nissan, or used car, I would highly recommend this dealership as well as assistance with Jay! More

It was priced well and had the milage and features we wanted, Honesty I never heard of the dealership before as we're from Lancaster and only bought our previous cars in our local area so I read a few reviews on the dealership and it seamed a good deal ( car was priced right and sold itself), I was a bit of a drive with traffice alomost 1 hr but ended up being a easy calm purchasing experience. Our sales rep Greg Krick was very pleasent to work with no hard sell or pressure, he answered our questions and went the out of his way to give us a excellend buying experience. When it's time for the next unsed car ( or tuck if I have my way) I will contact this dealership and ask for Greg again. More

On the same day my Daughter had an accident with my 2003 Nissan Maxima and it was totaled. Talk about lightening striking twice. I contacted a sales person I knew at Eisenhauer and told them my situation, I was looking for another used Honda to replace the one we lost. They had one in the lot, so we set up appointment. While looking at the Honda we saw a 2006 Pathfinder fully loaded, we test drove it and to my regret now we decided to buy the Pathfinder instead of the Honda. I was unaware at the time of a design flaw in transmission cooling system when I bought the car, but Nissan did because i found articles on the web as far back as 2012 with customer complaints on this transmission issue. Little did I know I bought a ticking time bomb. Now 2-1/2 years later I start having issues. First my four wheel drive malfunctioned and Eisenhower told me I needed a new part and it would cost $750. I had this done on October 19, 2015, after picking the car up we tried the four wheel drive to make sure it worked. It didn’t seem to be working and now a new symptom arose. Around 40 to 50 mph we noticed rumbling sound coming from the transmission. This was the first time we heard this sound. So we called Eisenhauer and they said bring it in they will check the four wheel drive again, and the new issue. My wife took the car in on Monday, a week after the initial visit. She called me at work to tell me Eisenhauer says we need a new transmission and radiator. I was shocked. My wife said to me to check the internet, this issue has been going on for a couple years with the Pathfinder transmission and radiator fluids mixing and causing the transmission to fail. Eisenhauer quoted us $5,000 to replace the transmission and radiator. Holy cow i thought. Nissan and Eisenhauer keep selling these faulty models to unsuspecting people and leaving us with the bill. What’s worse is Eisenhauer put salt in the wound by offering to us only $1,500 for a trade in on a New Nissan. The Blue Book trade for my Pathfinder is around $5,500, but Eisenhauer said we have $4,000 in damage. Bottom line people is Eisenhauer needs to tell people about quality/design problems on their used Nissans before you buy, at least give us a warning, is it too much to ask for, probably. The management of Eisenhauer is only worried about their profits and not the middle class person struggling to make ends meet. Make sure if you’re buying from Eisenhauer you remember to ask if there are any documented design or quality issues you should be aware of, they certainly aren't going to tell you until it's too late. The lesson I learned is buyer beware and do your own research before buying from any dealer. Update 11-13-15 I decided to take my car to a transmission shop. The person there test drove my car and told me he thinks it’s the torque converter, even though he also knew about the infamous transmission cooling issue with the radiator fluid mixing with the transmission. He said he would put a bypass valve in to fix that issue if the transmission wasn’t fully gone. The day after the complaint was logged on this site I received a very apologetic call from the Eisenhauer salesperson. I ended up talking with the service manager and he felt maybe since the radiator fluid wasn’t completely in what they called the frothy stage. (apparently they’ve been dealing with this for a while ) he could try draining the transmission fluid and the radiator fluid and then put a bypass to an external cooler and refill the fluids. I agreed to try this before going to extremes with the independent transmission shop. I also reminded them they still hadn’t fixed the 4 wheel drive actuator problem. I took the car in the next day and all the work was completed in one day. The service manager called me and said they believe they have all issues fixed. I picked the car up in the evening and the first thing I did as I entered rte 422 was to test the 4 wheel drive. It worked. Then I sped up and the transmission operated flawless as it should shifting into overdrive. No problems all the way home and nothing since then. I have to drive to Connecticut next week, so my fingers are crossed. I did receive several follow up calls from the sales person we bought the car from to make sure I was happy with the repairs. I appreciate his effort. Also I was told there was no charge. Thank God. In the end the problem has been fixed. I feel as though I dodged a bullet. I appreciate all the hard work the middle and lower managers did to resolve the problems. I don’t blame them for my frustration. I know they were only following orders from the owners and upper management. I too work in middle management and am aware how employees are instructed to tell little white lies to customers or act stupid when they call to complain. I hope this post makes it to the web, it has been rejected twice for policy issues, may be someone doesn’t want it posted. More
