"Hello Paul, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We do make every effort to make sure the vehicles we offer for sale are as problem free as we know at the time of placing the vehicles for sale on our lot. At the time you purchased the Pathfinder Terry or Eisenhauer Nissan had no way of knowing that the specific Pathfinder you purchased would have an issue with the transmission cooling system. The Pathfinder was checked for sale and everything checked out ok. In your letter you mentioned that you should have purchased the Honda over the Pathfinder. Both are mechanical items and either one could have a failure as anything mechanical will wear out or break. It is impossible to determine what part or parts will wear out and when that would happen. As you stated it was two and a half years and almost 45,000 miles later, since you purchased the Pathfinder, which would place it over 120,000 miles. At this time or in the future, with the transmission cooler bypassed and the Pathfinder running we would be more than willing to work with you to trade you out of the Pathfinder so you would not have to worry about any future issues with this Pathfinder.
