Got connected with Billy Hoffman, who fielded questions and provided great customer service. There was no pushiness or feeling forced to buy by anyone. We were free to explore as needed. After a test drive, we decided to talk numbers with Billy and the Sales Manager. There was no BS, we came in with a dollar we could afford and based on what we wanted and our trade-in, what they could do. Let's just say they made the deal and made it well, which I can't say happens often. We ended up driving off with a higher end model than anticipated. He even followed up today to see how we were doing with our new purchase! Terry had us work with Jerry, in finance, who was also very thorough, explaining all the extra options that were available to us. There was no rush to complete the paperwork before we understood all involved. Finally, Todd, the mechanic, was so accommodating. Before we left the lot with our new purchase, he transferred a brake control from our old vehicle to our new one. This is the third Nissan that we have purchased from this dealership.
