Rohan Gupta: Exceptional Service I remember arriving at Eisenhauer Nissan for a walk-around a little over a week ago. I was greeted by Rohan Gupta. I explained to Rohan right away t I remember arriving at Eisenhauer Nissan for a walk-around a little over a week ago. I was greeted by Rohan Gupta. I explained to Rohan right away that my goal was just to see the vehicles on the lot while I was entertaining the possibility of purchasing a vehicle from a local competitor. He didn't realize that I also had intentions on traveling to a few other dealers. He showed me around and respected me as a potential customer. Every other place I visited, I felt this bothersome rush to buy a car right there, on-the-spot. I never felt that way with Rohan. He's a young guy, but when I told him I wanted to discuss his car offer with my wife before proceeding, he encouraged it. Impressive. Married managers at other dealers didn't even do that! This sort of treatment made me appreciate the vehicles in his lot. I could tell the cars were backed by a quality of service others only say they have. I could have purchased a vehicle elsewhere. I could have looked into other Nissan dealers too. But I knew Rohan and the rest of Eisenhauer Nissan would treat me great after the sale. So why would I? A quick test drive in this vehicle will prove its worth, and the time I spent with Rohan definitely shows his. And so, today, after visiting five car dealers and after sitting in five comparable mid sized sedans, I drove back to Eisenhauer to purchase my 2015 Nissan Altima. Nissan vehicles drive well - they're quiet, well built, responsive, and technologically equipped. I felt no buyer's remorse after my drive home today with my new car. We visited several used and new car dealerships over the last few weeks. One was too busy, another one too pricey, some were cluttered, and others had little inventory. Then we found Eisenhower Nissan and Greg Krick. We started on the website which was very user friendly and informative. It had all the details, pictures, and gas mileage data we needed. So we took a drive to Eisenhower on the Holiday. The lot was clean and neat. Then we met Greg as we found the two cars we found online. Try it on he said. First step is to sit and try it like you are putting on a new suit, he said. He was right, it felt good. Two test drives later we were looking at payment options. It was late in the day and he was very patient with us. He helped us feel comfortable with all of the options but did not push. He truly helped me out in getting the best deal and I appreciate it immensely. I'm a recent college grad so the deals that they gave me were so beneficial for my growing family. He didn't pressure me into anything and made me feel confident in the process the entire time. I would definitely recommend Eisenhauer to anyone looking to purchase a new car, especially Jay. More

We told Rich that we wanted to drive one particular mini van again before making our decision. Rich didn't pull any high pressure sales tactics. He shook our hands & wished us a happy holiday. Rich touched base with us after the holiday & we explained that the other dealer gave us a better deal. Rich worked to get us a better deal & then due to a glitch, the van in the color we wanted wasn't available. Rich worked tirelessly to find us a van in the same price range. Even though the color wasn't our choice, we are very pleased with our Quest. Rich gave us a tour of the facility, showed us how the maintenance department worked & schedule our first 5000 mile check up. More
