Nissan Rogue a winner Searching for a used (sorry, pre-owned they call them) smaller SUV for my bride and boy did they have quite the selection at Eisenhauer. They also ha Searching for a used (sorry, pre-owned they call them) smaller SUV for my bride and boy did they have quite the selection at Eisenhauer. They also had all the other brands of SUVs we had been considering and it was pretty easy to compare right there in the lot. We both fell for a red Nissan Rogue well appointed and just what we were looking for. My wife took it for a drive and found it was just right for her. The test-drive course was pretty good - though on the home stretch she had to navigate a narrow roadway, some blind curves with no center line. Thank goodness nothing was coming the other way! We had a very pleasant hand-off to Miss Sue to sign the stack of documents that start you on your way to ownership. She was real, likes to laugh and really brightens up what could be that long slog. She explained everything and told us what to expect from the dealership – good service. What a nice sentiment. There’s lots to like on the inside – navigation, a Bose sound system and other goodies just hinted at. We’re anticipating some quality time with our owner’s manual to find out just how to work the stuff. Our salesperson was Chris K. He spent quite a bit of time with us describing the benefits of the optional extended warranty and I’d have to say we would be happier if he’d applied that amount of time and enthusiasm to showing us the cool new features. It’s a great car. My wife did great with the backup camera but she was good before. In December, bought a used RAV4 for travel in the snow. Before I drove it off the lot, my salesperson explained, and had me demonstrate, every control. My wife just came home on the first day, it’s her car, and said she discovered more controls on the seat positions including a lumbar support that she loves. Can’t wait to figure out everything. More
