Buying Pre-owned Scion from Dealer I was coming from about 250 miles away to come look at a Scion FR-S at this dealership. I was in contact with Terry Dinger for about a week and a hal I was coming from about 250 miles away to come look at a Scion FR-S at this dealership. I was in contact with Terry Dinger for about a week and a half before I made the trip. He was very straightforward and accessible via email, phone, and text which made things very easy to set up the deal. They were one of the very few places to get me financed which was a very big deal to me. You hear horror stories about dealerships being dishonest or misleading and everything that was advertised as far as the car itself and the financing numbers held true throughout the entire process. I was actually supposed to make the trip 5 days sooner but there was a hiccup in the financing aspect and they held the car for me until I could make the trip up there on the weekend which was greatly appreciated! The car was like-new with only 7000 miles but was spotless inside and out. I had a couple extended requests (like keep the motor cold until I get there, and I also wanted to get the car up on a lift to take a look) and they were more than willing to help me out. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful and when I sealed the deal, everything from there on was also smooth and straightforward. They took the liberty of cleaning it inside and out before I set out and took a picture with me shaking Terry's hand in their showroom which was a nice touch! The snow was coming down outside and the car I bought does not do particularly well in the weather and Terry actually came out and pushed the car out of the parking lot! He even offered for me to stay at his house if I did not want to drive back in the weather! It was a great experience and I am thrilled with my purchase! More
