Arny(Arnold Sutter) via his texts kept in touch right from the first day and even responded during late nights regarding My Nissan Altima 2.5S which is a CPO. Greg is greeted first as soon as we parked our vehicle appeared in front us me and my friend from no where. Patiently looked around the entire parking lot for the ONE car which I looked already online. IT was not there. Then came to know that Arnie had it separated for my visit previous day for me. Test drove it along with Greg who explained everything about the car. Karen helped me to close the deal on the D-day explaining about extended warranty clearly and all papers related to my purchase. I went in on Monday to talk to Rich about a used Pathfinder on the lot and he was able to come back to me with a deal on a new 2015 Pathfinder for the same monthly payment and a great rate. No haggling, no pushy sales approach…the entire process was painless. While we waited for the paperwork to be processed, Rich and the other members of the Eisenhauer team offered us dinner, played with my two-year old daughter, and treated us like family. With other customers also buying cars ahead of me it was well past 6:00 until they were able to start my transaction, which included a trade. Terry Dinger in sales kept me informed throughout every step of the process. Stacey and Karen in finance were wonderful. They had the answers to my questions and explained everything thoroughly. All 3 stayed until the transaction was compete and my personal possessions were transferred from my trade to my new vehicle at 8:00pm. They are the most polite and professional people I have ever dealt with a car dealership. I will definitely come back to Eisenhauer Nissan. More

Danny was honest and knowledgeable about the vehicle, as well as friendly and easy to do business with. After visiting several other dealerships and feeling like we were just another sale, Eisenhauser Nissan made finding a new car easy and painless. Financing process was quick and easy as well. Everyone we spoke with or met in passing was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, great experience and will remember this when searching for a new car for my wife later this year. More
