Great experience - Great service Due to the recent hail storm we were in the market for a new car. We went to Eisenhauer Nissan as I was considering a Rogue and we knew they had a l Due to the recent hail storm we were in the market for a new car. We went to Eisenhauer Nissan as I was considering a Rogue and we knew they had a large inventory. Upon arriving at Eisenhauer we were greeted by Mark Sullivan. He was very friendly, listened to what we were looking for, never pushy and showed us the selection of Rogues. I took one out for a test drive and he explained the various features to me in great detail. I explained that we were still getting some details together with my claim for my totaled car and he marked the car we wanted sold and we agreed to come back on Monday June 2nd to purchase it. When we went t pick it up Eisenhauer was extremely busy an there was a wait time to process everything, but Mark and Eisenhauer couldn't be nicer and were very accommodating and apologizing for the length of time it was taking. The finance staff went over everything in great detail and proceeded with the financing as we requested them to. Our experience rom start to finish couldn't have been better. Thank you Eisenhauer Nissan and Mark Sullivan for the great service, great experience and new car. I love my Rogue. We will continue to d service with Eisenhauer Nissan and won't hesitate to send friends and family there also. More
