I expected to be hassled just like at other dealerships I have been to in the past, but my experience at Eisenhauer was completely different. I had a great sales representative (Greg Krick), he didn't try to sway my decision one way or another, or try to push me into buying right now. He showed me alternate options, was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. I never felt that I was pressured at all. When I went in to sign all the paperwork today after work, I was surprised that the process was so smooth. All the paperwork was ready and correct the first time, everything was explained very well. It really put me at ease, because honestly as everyone knows buying a vehicle can be a stressful time and is a major decision. This is my second car purchase experience with Eisenhauer. I bought my 2008 Rogue here, and I had a very positive experience. So when it was time for a new vehicle, I returned to Eisenhauer again! I worked with Keith Baker for both of my cars, and he was wonderful to work with. He takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns but never pressures you. I really appreciate that, as I've found that salesmen at other dealerships assume that because I'm a woman, I'm only interested in the color of the car and the makeup mirror. Once I decided on a new Rogue, Keith, Pete Eisenhauer and Nate Weaber helped me weigh the pros and cons of buying or leasing, and they were very helpful. I'm delighted with my new Rogue and I will be recommending Eisenhauer to all my friends and family in the market for a new car. I came to the dealership looking for a used car to last me through college and beyond. I told Danny Hassler what I wanted and the price range I was looking for, and even a car I already had saw online. He me through college and beyond. He didn't want to show me what I wanted to see and instead wanted to show me what I could not afford and did not ask for. He then refused to let me test drive the car I wanted to. While I understand, they need to make money and they work on commission, I don't think he was interested in helping me find a car that I like I think he was more worried about how much money he would make out of my sale. I will not be buying a car here now or ever. I thought I would try it since it was close to me but it was a huge mistake. More
