Bought a new Murano that had to be driven in from York PA. When it arrived it was the wrong color. Incentives were expiring so Harry told me to wait for the end of next month and he would find me the car PA. When it arrived it was the wrong color. I contacted Harry several times, and he promised to look for a car for me. There was never a return phone call....I got tired of begging to buy a car from this dealership so I went to Exton Nissan and purchased the exact car I wanted, without having to beg. Extremely bad customer service, in fact there was no customer service at all. It is rude of them to never call me back,and make promises that they didn't keep. Referred two other customers there while I was waiting for them to sell me a car, both of which purchased a vehicle. Received no reward as promised for the referral. More

A friend at her work recommended going to Eisenhauer Nissian. We did some online research and were pretty sure she wanted a Pathfinder or Pilot. When we arrived at Eisenhauer Nissian we were met by Chris Koopmann. After explaining her desires and budget Chris immediately showed us the available vehicles that matched the requirements and budget. After a test drive we decided maybe we should at least look somewhere else (who buys the first vehicle they see). A few hours later we returned tired and a bit annoyed at the other experiences we had just endured. We found Chris and talked with him about looking at least one other vehicle. Chris put two vehicle next to one and another. We went between the two vehicles. She choose the first one Chris had us test drive. Chris's knowledge and experience was very helpful in making a reliable and informed decision. After the choice was made Chris guided her through the process of completing the purchase. Chris's friendliness and personality helped make the time fly by. Everyone from Eisenhauer Nissian that we came in contact with was very friendly, helpful and professional.
