Shopping for cars is exhausting and frustrating in the state of PA given restricted hours of operation and availability of many dealerships. We had a need to replace our daughter's previous vehicle and w state of PA given restricted hours of operation and availability of many dealerships. We had a need to replace our daughter's previous vehicle and were really not looking forward to this task. We had done some preliminary pricing research and looked at a few vehicles when we decided to call Eisenhauer Nissan very late on Tuesday evening (8pm). My wife asked to look at a specific price range of vehicles and wanted to be sure your dealership had vehicles that met our needs before making a long drive out late on a weeknight. Danny was very friendly, respectful and responsive over the phone and we arrived and looked at 3 vehicles and quickly found exactly what we were looking for (excellent inventory in our range). Once we decided on a vehicle, we liked the price and found no reason to negotiate and we were led quickly through the contract etc... Danny and the sales team were flexible in our timing to come back to pay for the car and we were able to complete our private financing and pick up the car in less than 24 hours of beginning our purchase with your dealership. Danny acted above and beyond our expectations by answering his cell phone (on his own time) to answer some basic questions and made himself available to close and pick up the vehicle on our time schedule. These are very unusual (but appreciated) characteristics in our life long experiences with large dealerships. Thanks! More
