My parents were looking for a used car for me when Chris Koopmann arrived to help. My parents picked a car and Chris was nothing but nice and accommodating the entire time. It turned out that we were not able to make it to the dealership until around 7:30 and Chris was nothing but nice (even when I'm sure he wanted to go home). I have had my share of unpleasant experiences buying cars in the past, terrible service, hidden exceptions in the fine print, etc.... Eisenhauer Nissan was the opposite , very friendly and inviting , yet in the past, terrible service, hidden exceptions in the fine print, etc.... Eisenhauer Nissan was the opposite , very friendly and inviting , yet they gave my husband and I plenty of time to browse and test vehicles. Jim Bentz was such a pleasure to work with , he made the process of filling out the many forms fun! He was extremely knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my choice. I was struggling between colors of the Rogue , and he moved a bunch of cars and pulled the two I liked out just so I could compare colors. He worked with us and the finance area with the price and trade in, and we were very pleased with the outcome. He spent a lot of time reviewing all the aspects of the car and how to work them and helped set up my blue tooth! It would have taken me forever to figure that all out. The other staff were great also , the woman that reviewed the extended warranty , etc was also very helpul and I did not feel pressured at all. I bought what I really needed and felt good about my decision. My husband is very picky and savvy with finances ,and he agreed that we got a great deal and trusted Jim and the group completely . We had shopped around quite a bit , and drove the extra miles to Eisenhauer due to the friendliness of the phone calls and emails Jim took the time for. Bottom line , I will tell everyone to go see Jim and the group at Eisenhaeur and I will return when the time is right , it is an hour drive for me , but well worth the extra time!!!! More
