My husband and I went to Eisenhauer to purchase a new car. Our salesmen was Danny Hassler. Danny was very kind, patient and informative. My father and I (Tanya A) stopped into Eisenhauer Nissan looking to test drive the 2013 Nissan Altima. We arrived a little late, but Eric was still more than happy to let us test drive the car and explained looking to test drive the 2013 Nissan Altima. We arrived a little late, but Eric was still more than happy to let us test drive the car and explained everything it had to offer (while on the test drive and after). When we arrived back at the dealership, Eric sat down with my father and I to explain the different options we had when purchasing the Altima. After some discussion, we decided on the SV class in Java Metallic. It was necessary for me to the get 50 state transmission because I was moving to VA so Eric was very helpful and efficient in getting the vehicle (from Maryland) to PA. Eric was very efficient and consistently informed my father about any updates and when the car would be available. The entire process of test driving the vehicle, sitting down with Eric and finally signing the necessary paperwork was very easy, efficient and not time consuming. In addition to Eric, the entire staff was very helpful and friendly during this whole process. I recommend this dealership and I also recommend Eric! If you want someone that is going to go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied, definitely go to Eric! More

I had recently been in the market for a new vehicle. This was my first experience with purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. I had recently got engaged and my budget was tight. My heart was set on up grading to was my first experience with purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. I had recently got engaged and my budget was tight. My heart was set on up grading to a crossover/SUV for a very long time. My expectations were very high going into this whole experience and after going to a differemt dealershp before coming to Eisenhauer Nissan I realized I may need to be more practical with my expectations with the budget I was on. This other dealership had a crossover/SUV that I was very interested in. It had many features that I really wanted. I worked with a salesman who tried to get me this car at the "lowest" possible price. We went back and forth for weeks trying to reach a deal. After a few weeks of negotiating I decided to branch out and try another dealership that had been recommended to me by my sister and my aunt who both have purchased/leased vehicles with Eisenhauer Nissan. I also saw an add in the newspaper for Eisanhauer Nissan that advertised a variety of crossover/SUV vehicles in my price range. So I went into Eisanhauer Nissan with lowered expectations after my previous experience with a dealership. I met with a sales consultant named Chris Firestine who welcomed me as I walked in the door. I briefly explained to Chris my situation and previous experience I also mentioned to him the add in the paper and told him that I was interested in the 2013 Nissan Rogue. Chris was very undstanding from the start and was very supportive of my decision to be as practical as possible when purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. He then showed me the Rogue and explained all of its functions and safety features. Chris then went and found a Rogue for me to test drive. The Rogue that Chris chose for me to test drive was an all wheel drive Rogue SV it was platinum graphite with black interior, it had a Bose stereo system, power sliding glass moonroof, satellite radio, Bluetooth hands free phone system, navigation system, rear veiw monitor and these were just some of the features. To say the least this car was far and above what I thought I could ever afford. That being said we test drive the car and I was in love for the second time in my life. We went back to the dealership where I knew the bad news was soon to come and I would again have my expectations crushed. Chris worked very diligently with Michael Fleisher, the general sales manager to get me into this vehicle for the price I could realistically afford. When Chris came back and told me the good news I was almost in tears. I was shocked and amazed not only did they get me into the crossover/SUV that I wanted but they did it all in less than a few short hours. Chris and Michael were awesome and made what I thought was impossible, possible. I would highly recommend Eisanhauer Nissan. I know I will be staying with them for the remainder of my cars buying days! More

So I called and asked the salesman, Dave Mehle, some very specific questions about the vehicle's condition. Dave was very helpful. He took his phone and walked to the vehicle and described everything he saw to me, including the vehicle's flaws. Dave answered all my questions precisely so that when I drove the hour to Wernersville there were no surprises and everything was exactly like it had been described to me. I really appreciated to extra effort, the honesty, and the easy going nature of the entire staff at the dealership. More
In 2011 we purchased a Titan truck from Eisenhauer and received great service from Rich Long, which is why we went back to him for a car two years later. He gave us the best deal to fit our budget. We came in looking for a minivan for our recently expanded family as the lease on our SUV was expiring. Also, we were upside down on a car that we recently purchased. Greg listened to what our needs were, identified payments we were comfortable with, and was able to get us out of two cars, and into 2 new Nissan's at a price that was well below what we could have gotten at another dealership. He put up with my insurance company delaying the transaction, but pushed them to make sure everything was completed on time. The general manager, Tim, introduced himself during the process, as well as the owner. It made us feel like our business was truly appreciated. I can not stress enough how well my transactions were handled from the beginning to the end. More
