Our experience at Eisenhauer Nissan was a very good. Jay DeNapoli came out to greet us right away. We told him what we were interested in and he answered all our questions. Took us on a test drive in a 201 DeNapoli came out to greet us right away. We told him what we were interested in and he answered all our questions. Took us on a test drive in a 2010 Nissan Sentra and he was thorough and informative. It was our first stop of the day looking for a used car and he was understanding and took his time but did not try to pressure us. We left with his card and went on our way to look at other cars. We were impressed when we got a call back from Jay the next morning asking if we had any questions (and still no pressure when we said we hadn't made up our mind.)
