June 21 test drove a 2008 Nissan Altima. Liked the car but was concerned that the tires were 3 continental and 1 firestone. The salesman told us that it was OK to have tires like that and he has seen many but was concerned that the tires were 3 continental and 1 firestone. The salesman told us that it was OK to have tires like that and he has seen many cars with different brand tires. I didn't agree and told him I never saw cars with different tires. He was going to take $500.00 off the price of the car(not because of the tires) but I countered offered $1,000.00. He said he would ask his manager on Saturday. He didn't call us so we called him and made and offer, he refused and told us his manager would have never given us the $500.00 to begin with and the tires probably would not be changed. And this car never even went thru the shop yet. Before I made the offer I researched about tires and sent a message to Nissan. Not really sure if this salesman really doesn't know about tires but here is what Nissan had to say: Nissan does not advise mixing tires of different brands, construction, or tread patterns. This can adversely affect the ride, braking, handling, ground clearance, etc. Some of these effects may lead to accidents and could result in serious personal injury. We worked with Keith Baker to find a Nissan Sentra that my wife 'built' online. I submitted an email request to Keith (Saturday afternoon 5/8) not knowing he was actually returning from vacation. I received an email Saturday evening from Keith apologizing for “not getting back to me more quickly” which I thought was fantastic. Keith was available throughout the weekend to answer my questions, and my wife and I made arrangements to meet with Keith at the dealership Monday evening. Keith did a great job with us at the appointment looking through the Eisenhauer inventory, and then reaching out to another local dealer to see if we could find a match to my wife's requirements in the area. Once we found an almost exact match, Keith made arrangements to transfer the vehicle to Eisenhauer. Once the vehicle arrived (Tuesday 6/11) Keith contacted us and agreed to meet us at the end of our working day, which was best for our schedules. Keith remained positive, supportive, and professional throughout our buying experience, going out of his way to be certain our needs were met. Once the paperwork was completed, Keith spent a good 40 minutes going over the features of the vehicle with my wife which thrilled her. Keith then spent another 20 minutes with me after the completion of the sale to be sure we received everything we expected, and to be sure we were happy with our purchase. This is our fourth Nissan purchased from Eisenhauer, and also the fourth we purchased through Keith Baker. He has always been a ‘no pressure’ contact for us at Eisenhauer, and has always been interested in our thoughts, feedback, and experiences after the sale. I had purchased a 2011 Nissan Versa from Eisenhauer Nissan last year due to the fact that I was desperate for a car. It was not the original car that I had wanted to purchase as another dealership was Nissan last year due to the fact that I was desperate for a car. It was not the original car that I had wanted to purchase as another dealership was not being helpful to me and not working with me to find a car that would fit in my budget. The sales person I had when I purchased the Versa was very helpful in trying to get a car for me that fit in my budget. I loved the car that I had purchased; however, I kept thinking about the car that I really wanted. Approximately a month ago, I contacted Eisenhauer Nissan to put in a request for the car that I wanted, a Kia Soul. I gave them some items on the car that I wanted and was told they would get in contact with me if one came in. Last Friday I was contacted by Austin who was so excited to tell me that they just traded in a 2011 Kia Soul that had everything I requested in more. I went up quickly to look at it and fell in love with it. I purchased it earlier today and absolutely LOVE IT! It is everything I wanted in more. The reason I contacted Eisenhauer to find this car for me is because of how friendly they were and how helpful they were in trying to find a car for a costumer that fits with what the costumer requests and can afford. They will work with you and what you want and need. I definitely will continue to purchase future cars with Eisenhauer Nissan and will recommend any friends, family members, etc. that may need a new car. More
