The service department is spotless. Not only was Greg helpful but friendly and personable as well. He gave me time alone talking to wife via cell phone to make a decision with no pressure whatsoever. He let me look over the trucks by myself without hoovering over me. Greg came back when I was done and answered my last few questions. I was able to weigh my decision very carefully, get helpful input from Greg without being pressured into anything. They cleaned the vehicle, filled it with gas and did one last check before we left with the truck, Greg contacted my insurance agent and helped me to get coverage right away. Had no loyalty to any dealer over 29 years, but our experience at Eisenhouer changed that. Dealership closed at 9 PM, but at 10:00 PM Pete Jr was still working to make sure we drove our new car home and still took the time to go over all the features of the car even though everyone else had gone home. Sherry was most accommodating when the car we chose the day before was all clean and ready to go and we changed our mind at the last minute and essentially started the process over again. I'd give this dealership ten stars instead of five if I could. PS: they have a great Keurig coffee machine. Great customer service! Also love the new Murano! More

We previously purchased a Nissan Altima at a ford dealership. We loved everything about the vehicle. We decided one time to get the oil changed at Eisenhauer-Nissan. Drive up valet service. We knew from that point on we would be getting the car serviced there. We decided to get another vehicle, and went to Eisenhauer to "look around". TERRY DINGER was our salesperson. He knew we loved the Altima and that there were specific things we were looking for in a vehicle, and maybe looking for a few more upgrades. Terry thoroughly explained the differences of all the cars we looked at. Terry spent hours with us. He never pressured us in any way. He was extremely knowledgeable in all the makes and models. We looked at various vehicles, and narrowed the search down to 2 vehicles, another Altima and a Maxima. We purchased the Maxima, with absolutely no pressure. He stayed with us through the whole process, and they were busy. He dedicated all his attention on us. Terry went above and beyond any car purchase we had previously made. He even stayed with us another hour after the dealership was closed. He showed us all the options our car had. The funny thing is our Altima had many of the same features, and we never knew about them! We had that Altima over a year! When we decide to trade in our Altima, we will definitely use Eisenhauer-Nissan and we will definitely request Terry Dinger. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had!
