I scheduled service on my 2009 GTR and Dave Lengel was prepared for my arrival as always. While waiting on my service to be completed I walked around the new showroom and customer waiting areas. I was impressed with the bright and well cordinated areas and felt very relaxed walking around reviewing everything. I saw a vehicle that attracted my attention and asked for more information on the vehicle. I talked with Eric Naumann and he was very informative and easy to talk with. After having all my questions and concerns addressed I was informed my GTR was completed which as always was on the offered time frame. Since my original issue was completed I asked Eric for a test drive on the new 2014 Murano Cross Cabriolet, I was very impressed. I then asked Eric to offer me some options on trading in my just serviced GTR for the Murano. I have purchased more than 10 automobiles over my life time and I was impressed with the smooth process that I experienced and how everything was performed in the time frame I had given Eric. Car was super clean, and came with a complete and detailed carfax. The dealership appears to only deal in clean low mileage vehicles which is important. My trade value was fair as well as the purchase price on the car. Danny had all the paperwork prepared in advance and was thoughtful enough to have already coordinated with my insurance company prior to my arrival to close the deal. My interaction with Eisenhauer Nissan has been wonderful. Greg Krick was my dealer and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He didn't rush me as I was looking at the car and wasn't pushy. He left the room so I could discuss things with my car-savvy brother and gave me time to contact my husband to mull the decision over. The car itself was in pristine condition. I purchased a used car (2004) and it was clear that great care went into keeping it clean. When I lifted up the hood, the inner-workings of the car were spotless. I don't normally think cars are pretty, but this car was inside and out. The speed with which everything happened was also amazing. In a mere 3 hours I test drove the used car, traded in my old car, filled out paperwork and drove my new-to-me car off the lot. I was very impressed with how efficient Eisenhauer Nissan (specifically Greg) was. I presented a unique situation as my husband is deployed at the moment and I appreciated that they didn't shy away from selling to me, since more effort and paperwork were involved. If all of this wasn't enough, Greg has further proven to be exceptional when presented with deployment-related complications (POA) with the bank. He has been abundantly patient and gracious as I've worked through all the red tape to get the company the rest of their money. I greatly appreciate all Eisenhauer Nissan's support, especially after dealing with companies that are not so accomodating. Buy your next car here - you won't regret it. More
