Rich was our sales rep in 2009 when we purchased a new Nissan Rogue from Eisenhauer Nissan. Same experience. We have been customers of Eisenhauer Nissan for almost 15 years, because of the special care and integrity of the staff that we come in contact with. I bought a new Nissan NV1500 van at Eisenhauer Nissan in April 2013. I was extremely satisfied with the dealership. This was not my first new car purchase, so I do have a basis for comparison. I was greeted promptly when I entered the dealership, but not swarmed. I told the salesman what I was looking for and took a brief test drive, then we sat down and discussed the option package I wanted, as well as a custom option (installation of rear windows and rearview mirror). I was then given a price, which was very satisfactory without neccesity of haggling. If any portion of the process could be picked on, it might be the length of time I needed to spend at the dealership on subsequent visits as we arranged specifics of financing, extended warranties were pitched, and all the paperwork gone over. But that stuff always takes forever no matter where you go, and Eisenhauer was certainly no worse than other dealerships I've dealt with. I've had the van for a couple weeks now, so I can't rate the service department yet. But I saw it and it was bright clean and gorgeous! More like a service laboratory than a garage. I'm not here to rate the van, just the dealership. That being said, this is a great van! If you're looking at the standard work van choices, you shouldn't fail to compare the new Nissan vans. I would certainly deal with Eisenhauer in the future, and would recommend them to others. More
