Easiest car buying experience I ever had! I needed a car because mine had been Totaled in an accident the week before. I was just "shopping" and researching vehicles when I made contact with Eisenhauer Nissan to get pricing on a certified previously owned vehicle. Julia Rivera, the Internet Coordinator, responded to me very quickly with information. I made plans to see the vehicle the next day and an hour prior, my appointment was verified by a phone call, with the vehicle placed on hold for my viewing. Upon arrival I was greeted and acknowledged by Allen Guido, who had been assigned to my "case". My husband & I were given the keys, and invited to take a look. Allen told us all about the vehicle and answered all our questions while we took a test drive. He was outgoing and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. After our non-pressured decision was made to purchase this vehicle, Rachel Strunk took care of the paper work. It didn't hurt that we were very impressed and loved the look & drive of this 2016 Rogue. This was our first encounter with Eisenhauer Nissan, and I walked away very satisfied that I made a great purchase. I think the entire process took about 90 minutes and we had lunch while we were there!!! It was the easiest and quickest car purchase I ever experienced. More

He was VERY patience with me and really took time to find out what I wanted this time..We looked at several used vehicles, which we found one, that met most of what I wanted... We decided that would be the vehicle, and set up an appointment the next day to do the paperwork. As we were doing this, Greg said to me, You really have some doubts about this vehicle. I said yes, and he said OK...we will do some more looking! All paperwork was stopped with no problems. My husband's eyes were rolling, but Greg was so patience, wanting to make sure I was happy with my selection... We went back to the used vehicle lot and looked at another Rogue that I fell in love with...color, interior and a remote tailgate lift, (I'm a little on the short side!) Yes, We spend the afternoon at your dealership, but left with the Rogue, I love, and one VERY HAPPY lady...My husband was just glad that I had made a decision and SO ready for a Drink,, strong drink! I don't think he ever spent so much time at a auto dealership before! Greg really is an access to your company and I would recommend him to any person who is looking for a vehicle..He took the time to get to know John and I, and what we were looking for. Rachel also gave us professional service and reviewed all the paperwork that needed to be completed. She was very informative and also patience with us, answering any questions we had. They found a car they thought I would love but obviously had me go with them the next day to test drive the car and check everything out. The salesman (Greg Krick) was very understanding and respectful of this. So the next day when I went to Eisenhauer with my parents, Greg was very helpful! I took a test drive with him and I felt very comfortable. He also was teaching me about many of the features the car had to offer while on the drive while also making it a personal experience. I decided to go for it and make my first large purchase, and I am very happy I was able to do so here! It was also a very busy night for them, but they continued to give us their full attention. Overall, I was very impressed and I will recommend Eisenhauer and Greg Krick to my friends and family! More

My experience there was excellent. I live about 40 mins. away so it was a good drive.Dave was willing to work with me on the price and he was very honest and straight forward. He didn't try to Beat me up over my trade he went back to the used car Manager to get the number we needed to make the deal happen. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend looking there for your car. More
