Above and Beyond First off I'd like to start out saying this was my first buying experience with Eisenhower Nissan and I couldn't be more pleased with how welcoming th First off I'd like to start out saying this was my first buying experience with Eisenhower Nissan and I couldn't be more pleased with how welcoming the staff was to me and my wife.They truly made us feel like real people and not just a sale. I can't praise enough about my salesman Kevin Garrity he went above and beyond of showing me the features of my Titan. Kevin was so knowledgeable about the truck you would of thought that he owned one he knew it inside and out . For a younger person you could tell he was very passionate about his profession. Me and my wife couldn't thank him enough. I just want to say the dealership was very impressive to us my wife and I arrived there around 7:00 in the evening we test drove the truck and by 9:00 we were driving home . What impressed us the most was they stayed open after business hours to get us in the truck that night. I was very thankful for the four employees staying after hours to get us in the truck that night when they had families to get home too.So thank you to Kevin Garrity, Ted Gillmartin,Rachel Strunk and the gentleman that deatailed the truck. I already researched and knew what I wanted just wanted to get a good price for the car itself. We priced out the S and SV and while he was pushing me toward the SV, I wanted to look at an S model, he took me to the back of the lot to show me the one they got off the truck, I was not a fan of the interior color however. They priced out the cars and it came up more than what my budget wanted. I thanked them and let them know I will think about it, they did not try to push me to close then. After the weekend and doing more shopping around I saw they had another S model come in with the black interior that I wanted. I came back and met with the GM Tim who was also very nice. After some back and forth they offered me what I wanted and even gave more on my trade in that I asked for. I couldn't ask for better service, yes I was stern about what I was spending and how I was purchasing but they never once made it uncomfortable or awkward. They were understanding and respectful and definitely earned my business with them. More

GREAT DEAL WITH A HAND SHAKE !!! I stop by with my 19 year old daughter to look at a used jeep wrangler and was very surprised that I left with a deal and a hand shake. Our salesman, Greg Krick was very professional and courteous and was not your typical "lets make a deal" salesman. He worked with us and then the general manager, Tim Doss made it happen. I typically would get a used car inspected by a third party mechanic but I felt very comfortable and trusted this dealership in their words and reputation. Needless to say, I would recommend them. Thank you Eisenhauser Nissan for making us both a happy car owner and putting us in a beautiful Jeep Wrangler. We salute you both with a "Wrangler Wave" !! More

Great dealer, even after the purchase (Update to a previous review) We purchased a used car from Eisenhauer and were quite happy with the sale and the customer service. About 2 weeks after (Update to a previous review) We purchased a used car from Eisenhauer and were quite happy with the sale and the customer service. About 2 weeks after our purchase, the AC in our car died. After calling around about it we contacted the manufacturer and found out that the part that broke (the AC compressor) had an engineering flaw (utterly undetectable, not the fault of Eisenhauer for not catching it). Unfortunately we were informed that the extended warranty on that part had run out 6 months before we bought it and that the manufacturer would not be replacing it. We needed the AC badly as the car was being used as a work vehicle and 8-12 hour days in the summer heat without AC was quickly wearing thin. Desperate to get the part replaced but dreading the thousand dollar repair bill, we called Greg. He spoke with management on our behalf and got back to me that same day to say that, because it broke so soon after purchasing and because it was a defective part, they were willing to replace the part free of charge. Not only that, but Greg contacted us afterwards to ensure the part was working and that summer was bearable again. I can't recommend Eisenhauer enough and would certainly purchase from them again. P.S. They were under no obligation whatsoever to fix the part as we did not purchase the comprehensive warranty plan. More

We were greeted by Jay, who treated us with nothing but courtesy and respect. We were not pressured like most sales reps tend to do. The specific used vehicle we were looking for was not available. We were shown other available years for the model we were looking for. Originally, we were going to buy this particular model with another used dealership for less due to our credit situation and special financing needed. However, after talking to Jay and working with his team, we ended up buying from them. Not once did we feel we were being disrespected or looked down upon because of our situation. They listened to every concern we had and worked hard to get us financing for our vehicle. In the end, our payment was higher than we would have liked, but not because they didn't try. We chose to pay more for the peace of mind knowing they would stand behind their product. Their ratings with the BBB was an A+, and all reviews researched were positive. The other dealer was rated an F with the BBB, with nothing but negative reviews. The all busted their butts to get us the best possible deal they could. If you're shopping for a vehicle, put them on your list as a must stop and see firsthand for yourself. More
