Sent off another email to Karen and she arranged for us to test drive them on Monday afternoon. Jay DeNapoli was very knowledgeable, and friendly. Answered all my questions about the vehicle. What I liked the most was at no time did he apply any pressure to buy the vehicle. I made my decision and by 5 pm Jay saw that all the paperwork was completed and my vehicle traded and I drove my new (to me) vehicle home.
