Great Experience. I had to go car looking because my car was totaled in accident that was not my fault. I was renting Nissan Rouge from Enterprise. Really loved it. Salesman sneaked up behind us LOL!!!!! We talked and he let me drive it around lot and knowing I was not going to buy there cause I has something else in the works. But after the service and personality of Jay Denapoli we decided the next morning that is where we are going. Contacted Jay then and he was scheduled to start at 1pm. but came in at 11am just for us... Most times salesman I dealt with were pushy and just unpersonable.. NOT JAY!!!!!!! He let me test drive and we chatted about anything and we had friend with us that is more knowledgable of cars then me. He checked it over and Jay was awesome with him also. We made deal and drove with it (2013 Nissan Rouge SV Select) by 430pm... We had good time with Jay still,, keep in contact with him.. I WOULD GO BACK TO HIN WHEN WE NEED ANOTHER ONE.. AND THINK OTHERS WOULD BE HAPPY WITH THE WAY HE TAKES CARE OF HIS CUTOMERS.....The only thing he will not do is make the payments..Darn It... LOL!!!!! Jo JAY and keep up the GREAT work.... Without going into a long story I started my search in October to see if I liked the Murano but deci I am very happy with my experience at Eisenhauer. Without going into a long story I started my search in October to see if I liked the Murano but decided to put off my purchase for a few months. I dealt with Greg Krick and he was just wonderful. The first car salesman I've ever been able to say that about! There was never any pressure and no annoying phone calls. Once I made up my mind, Eisenhauer searched the Auction for the car in the price limit I had set down. They found one at that limit and then gave me a very nice trade in for the car I was driving. Everyone at Eisenhauer made this experience worth the almost 40 minute drive. I'd do it again More
