Extremely pleased with our entire experince Stopped in at Eisenhauer Nissan to look at the new Rogues. Met Rich Long, and he was very patient in trying to help us determine the car we "really" Stopped in at Eisenhauer Nissan to look at the new Rogues. Met Rich Long, and he was very patient in trying to help us determine the car we "really" wanted. We looked at and sat in a couple Rogues, but were not sure the size was right. Rich guided us to look at the Muranos, and then allowed us to come to our own conclusion that we needed the bigger size of the Murano. He showed us some 2016 models that were primed for a deal and in our price range. We test drove one, and we absolutely knew we found the right car. We got a good deal for our trade in, and got a great deal on our new, 2016 Murano. Rich was a professional through the entire process, and never once resorted to any typical high-pressure car sales tactics. He even came in on the morning of his day off to meet our need of when we could finalize the deal. Kathy in financing was also very knowledgeable and polite, and took significant time in answering all our questions. And of course, Heidi in customer service was the friendly face that made up a wonderful team at the dealership. Overall, we had a great experience, and we drove off feeling like we got a great deal on an amazing car. We feel a bit spoiled with the new Murano, and are glad we looked beyond our initial choice which was a Rogue. Would highly recommend Eisenhauer Nissan, and can confidently endorse Rich Long as the sales consultant (not car salesman!) you can ask for if you want a pleasant car buying experience.
