He was also very helpful and flexible and adjusted to my schedule so that I could view the car. Since it was a used Subaru, Jay being a Nissan dealer did not have all the answers to my questions but I could tell he brushed up on a few things and on the day I bought my car ran me through a few more nice features of the car. Best Car Buying Experience Ever I contacted the dealership to inquire if a car I saw advertised was still available. Karen Stehman responded immediately and advised there was a pendi I contacted the dealership to inquire if a car I saw advertised was still available. Karen Stehman responded immediately and advised there was a pending sale for the car I was interested in, but there were similar models available. My wife and went to the dealership and Karen introduced us to Alan Guido. Alan showed us a few similar vehicles, but they did not have the features I wanted. Alan did not try to sell me a car I wouldn't be happy with. He knew what I wanted and said he would contact me as soon as one came in. Alan called me the next day to let me know the pending sale on the car I really wanted fell through. My wife and I went back the next day, test drove it, and bought it. We picked it up a few days later. Kathy Guido handled the paperwork efficiently, and explained everything in detail. Friendly and personable sales, cordial negotiation, friendly and efficient paperwork processing. We couldn't have asked for more.
