Chris was very helpful and did not pressure us as we were shown the various car options on the lot. We took a test drive, went home to go over the options offered by each of the dealerships we visited. We decided to come back to Eisenhauer and talked to Chris, again. He, again was very helpful and efficient in working out the details of the sale. We would recommend Eisenhauer and particularly Chris to our friends. More

We stopped by Eisenhauer months ago to test-drive (but not purchase) a Rogue to replace my high-mileage Jeep Grand Cherokee. Eric was friendly, courteous, informative, and not high-pressure. Over the past few months we also test-drove a Chevy Equinox and Ford Escape. We returned to Eisenhauer recently to test-drive a Nissan Frontier to replace my husband's rusty, high-mileage Dodge Dakota. We had no intentions of making a purchase that day. But Eric's charm and friendliness well surpassed the salemen at the other dealers. A good deal was made and we ended up purchasing a 2016 Rogue SV and 2016 Frontier! New Car Purchase I came in to look at a Pathfinder & Frontier. I had looked at other 4x4's and found them to be too big, too expensive or not suiting my needs. Excellent experience I knew exactly which car my wife wanted, and I shopped online for it. I found it, a certified Nissan at Eisenhauer, so I gave them a call. I was refer I knew exactly which car my wife wanted, and I shopped online for it. I found it, a certified Nissan at Eisenhauer, so I gave them a call. I was referred to Dan, a salesman there, and our conversation was straightforward: I told Dan which car we wanted, I asked him to take a look at it and advise me if he saw any red flags, and I said that I would make the 5 hour drive to buy it if it checked out. He said he would do that, and he called me back in 20 minutes. When he returned my call, after going over the vehicle, he gave me his word the car was as good as advertised. He also told me their internet prices were more or less non-negotiable and that I should apply for financing through their web-site even though I already had my own loan lined up. So far, so good, so I made the drive in an rental car, hoping to return home with the 2013 Nissan Murano. Dan's lender offered me a better rate than my own credit union, so I asked him to start the loan and sale process. When I arrived, Dan had the car ready for a test drive and, after a 5 mile round trip, I was convinced this vehicle was exactly what we wanted. From there, it took about 90 minutes to wrap up all details. After signing the last document, I was handed the keys and told my NY plates would arrive via FedEx at my home. I tell this rather long story for one reason: if you are looking for a straightforward, honest, efficient place the buy a car, give these guys a try. My long distance buying experience could not have been better. Their online price was very competitive - so I had no real reason to negotiate - and the Murano was exactly as promised. The buying experience was stress free, and months later I can tell you we love the vehicle. You can't ask for more than that. More
