Manager was very friendly and there was no "good cop - bad cop" nonsense, both Tim and Terry worked with us to get us a good price and good terms on a vehicle we wanted. Have not met the service team yet, but will be taking the vehicle back there thanks to competitive included services. Price was 5/5 stars despite slightly higher than kbb because the car was immaculately detailed and serviced with nearly new tires and other details that other dealers might ignore on a pre-owned.
