Best Experience! I was really nervous with buying a new car as I had not done so for quite a long time! Greg Krick was the salesman who came out to greet me, (very pr I was really nervous with buying a new car as I had not done so for quite a long time! Greg Krick was the salesman who came out to greet me, (very promptly I must add), when I went to look over some vehicles at Eisenhauer. He pointed me in the direction of a beautiful Toyota Camry but I procrastinated due to financing and that vehicle was sold before I could return. Nonetheless, I was determined that I wanted to look at more vehicles, so a day or so later I checked the online inventory, picked out some vehicles that I wanted to test drive and with Greg's help and guidance I decided on a 2013 Rogue. I had explained to Greg that I was in a car accident back in 2013 in the snow and ice and that safety was most important to me more that anything...so, after discussing this some more with Greg, and looking over the printouts of the vehicles that I wanted to test drive, he immediately suggested and went to the AWD Rogue. I was/am very impressed with the crash test ratings and the AWD. I test drove the Rogue and I was sold. I am a very happy customer. I just love the Rogue and I would definitely recommend Greg and Eisenhauer to anyone who will listen! Thank you Greg! More

We experienced all three. The sales person (Eric) was not high pressure and listened to my concerns. I thought the pricing was fair, Eric explained the vehicle's features and helped with the available discounts. The service center always goes the extra mile to schedule service at our convenience and they explain the service in detail. We didn't make an on the spot decision with this purchase, there were a number of phone calls made to the sales rep and at least 2 dealer visits and 2 test drives before the purchase. Eric was always available when we called and answered the questions that ultimately lead to our purchase. This has always been the case, over time we purchased 8 vehicles from Eisenhouer, Eric helped us with the last 5! Now you know why. More
