His kind and courtoius demeanor was a refreshing change to the common "car salesman" stereotype. The New Car manager, Mike Fleisher, was also a joy to work with as he and Jay worked in tandom to go over the many options we had within the purchasing/leasing agreements. When our final decision was made, we felt we had been given all of the information we needed to make a sound decision that not only got us the vehical we needed but with a financial outcome that fit our budget and all of this without haggleing or pressure. We were met by Chris Koopman "Koop" in the parking lot and he asked us "how can I help you?" My wife responded "we want to buy a car" Chris responded "I'd like to sell you a car". From that point on, Chris got the keys to the one we wanted, took a test drive and told us about the options that this model had. We were treated like family from that point on. We were introduced to the Sales Manager, Service Manager and the Finance Manager. We are pleased with the service we received even though we had our minds made up that we were going to buy the 2016 Rouge S before we got to the Dealer.
