We were met by Chris Koopman "Koop" in the parking lot and he asked us "how can I help you?" My wife responded "we want to buy a car" Chris responded "I'd like to sell you a car". From that point on, Chris got the keys to the one we wanted, took a test drive and told us about the options that this model had. We were treated like family from that point on. We were introduced to the Sales Manager, Service Manager and the Finance Manager.
