1st time purchase from this dealer, won't be the last. We had been searching for a replacement vehicle for awhile. We loved our old Maxima. Very reliable and never had any major repairs. But she was getting older and at 154,000 miles, it was time to let her go. We found a car online, and spoke with Alan Guido. He invited us to come in to look at it, even though it was after 5, and they close at 6 on a Friday. That didn't matter, Alan took the time to show us the vehicle and the test drive sold us. It was the perfect replacement and when it came down to negotiating the price, Alan and his Manager met my expectation for what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for my car. What more could I ask for. Even though they were "closed", the staff stayed behind to help us complete the sale. Kathy Guido walked us through the financing process and got us a better deal then I could get from my credit union. They even had some young guys stay behind to wash up our new car. This was all done extremely fast. At most dealerships, it takes hours to complete the sale. We were driving out of there with our new car by 7:30. Purchase 2010 Nissan Rouge On Monday, Sept. 5, 2016 I stopped by the dealership to see what used vehicles were on their lot with my sister. We were first approached by Dave M On Monday, Sept. 5, 2016 I stopped by the dealership to see what used vehicles were on their lot with my sister. We were first approached by Dave Mehle who directed us to some used cars in the price range I was willing to spend. My sister spotted a blue rouge that I might be interested in that was not yet out on the lot. Greg Krick came out to talk to us, since both of us knew him from previous car sales. Later, after seeing the blue rouge, Greg Krick gave us specifics on the car, including the Car Fax information, a call to his manager about the price and what I would have to trade. He suggested a test drive and went along with us. I liked the car but was not willing to make a commitment on the sale at this point. The next morning Greg Krick called me at 9:30 AM to see if I was interested in the car. I explained to him I would want to bring my 91 year old mother to see the car and find out if she could get in and out of it, and fit her wheelchair in the back of it. We came back Tuesday evening and Greg helped us again and answered all questions that I had. He was very knowledgable about the car and answered all my questions and concerns. He is an excellent salesman, not being too pushy about a sale, but finding what the customer is looking for in another car purchase. I really liked dealing with him and felt very comfortable in his approach to a new customer. I would recommend him to anyone else looking for a car. More
