Simple, friendly, honest transaction when buying a car My wife and I drove into the dealership to simply look at the SUV options as we currently owned a Nissan Sentra. We were greeted by Keith Baker (salesman) in the lot and although I just came to look, I quickly found myself inside the dealership looking at both the Rogue and the Pathfinder. We spent about an hour looking at the SUV's, taking a test-drive, and they apprised my car in the process. We decided to look at the "numbers" and we were given a very reasonable offer, nothing extraordinary, but I felt that they did their best to make the deal. We took our time, thought on the deal for the night, and came back for a second look the next day. Keith even pulled both cars side-by-side and allowed us to put our carseat and stroller in each to help in our decision. We ended up purchasing the Rogue and we felt the dealership gave us a great deal in the end, as well as an enjoyable buying experience. This is our second purchase with this dealership and both times I felt as if I was in control of the process and never felt pressured to make a decision or meet their offer. More

Good expierence, but salemen busy due to customer volume. Looking for full size used pick up and was shown Chevy Silverado (white) 2015. After a bit, both became available and completed the paperwork in a pretty quick order. Upon completing the deal the salesman did not show me the ropes (questions about the tech side of the vehicle) however, after a review at home with the manual was able to determine Bluetooth procedures and surfing through the host of menus. Salesman was very good (Mr. Rohan Gupta). Question about vehicle recall was quickly addressed and explained. Carfax very helpful in reviewing history of the vehicle. Very positive purchasing experience. More
