Rachel was also very informative and patient with the financial area. We appreciate the way they helped us figure out a way to make a new car purchase and still stay within a budget amount!! Excellent service and interaction! I purchased a new Altima 8/1/2016. I had driven another car of the same type, so I didn't test drive the one I purchased, even though Terry recommende I purchased a new Altima 8/1/2016. I had driven another car of the same type, so I didn't test drive the one I purchased, even though Terry recommended I could do so. I figured the same car in another color would be sufficient. I was wrong. I wasn't satisfied with the new car I purchased. I went back after driving it 3 days and voiced my complaint. Terry checked out my complaint and worked with me to test another vehicle of the same class and I was very satisfied with this vehicle. Terry was very cooperative and understanding with me. He never made me feel as if I was putting him out or being over reactive, or just plain complaining. He and his supervisor made me feel as if they truly wanted to satisfy me. I definitely recommend this dealer. Rachel was also very helpful in the financial service. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I don't remember the names of the supervisor, but the were very professional, too. More

When I had called about the truck I recently purchased Greg/they were extremely accommodating with the fact that I was coming from New Jersey and had a pretty decent ride to get there (were willing to and ended up staying past regular business hours just to make sure we had enough time to discuss and go over my trade in and the vehicle I was purchasing.) Happily answered any questions I had which there were quite a few of, with returning my calls with the answers all within minutes. Overall could not have asked for better service and will definitely be a returning customer in the future, along with recommending them to anyone out there! More
