Never had a better experience, highly recommend I unexpectedly had to shop for a car, and only four days before leaving on vacation. I was stressed and was not looking forward to the day ahead. First stop was Eisenhower Nissan because I had had my eye on a Rogue. Rich Long met me on the parking lot, jolly and big smile ... listened to what I was interested in then said let me help you. We test drove the Rogue and the Altima. Both great cars! Rich took his time in explaining everything in the vehicle; all the gadgets, all the packages and walked around with me on a 90+ degree day opening doors and hatches, looking at everything. He knew my payment range ... and that I was interested mostly in the Rogue but new ones were out of my payment range. While I left to bring back my trade-in car, Rich noticed a vehicle pull into the lot. He knew the owners took good care of their vehicles and usually traded every couple of years with low mileage. He went the extra mile and looked into for me, and it was a beautiful deal. A Rogue with extremely low mileage, like new, extras and within my payment range. Rich Long had the car serviced, full tank of gas, and shiny clean inside and out when I came back late afternoon to pick it up. It was seamless and a pleasant experience, especially for me who needed a reliable vehicle in four days and was dreading car shopping. Rich set up my clock, GPS navigation system, set up and helped me practice making my first Bluetooth call and went over EVERY thing in the car. He explained and showed me where to bring the car for service. I can't say enough good about Eisenhower Nissan ... their service package after you buy is generous. Never pressured, everyone friendly, relaxed and work with you to meet your financial as well as vehicle needs. Ask for Rich, you'll be in excellent hands!! More

I called to check on its availability, and had the pleasure of speaking with Karen Stehman, Internet Manager at Eisenhauer. Karen was so helpful and welcoming. She is a great asset to the dealership, not only as a first point of contact, but smoothly transitioning clients upon arrival to meeting their sales person. We were lucky to work with Alan Guido, who was so knowledgable about the Buick, even though Eisenhauer is a Nissan dealership. Alan is very low-key and so friendly. He did a great job in taking care of us from the start of our visit until we drove off with good directions on how to get home. We worked with Rachel Strunk, who patiently sifted through several banks to get us the best interest rate on our loan. We would be remiss if we didn't mention that every other person we saw the day of our visit was so friendly. It was, hands down, the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever experienced.
