He let me kind of do my own thing and sold the car for me by giving personal experiences with his daughter actually having the same car as I was looking at, describing the safeness and reliability I was looking for. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. Also in the financial aspect, Rachel also helped a lot and didn't stress me out or confuse me. Both Alan and Rachel were very helpful and I thank them both for my great experience!
