I never felt like there was any pressure and it takes me a long time to make any decision, especially when buying a new car! His thorough explanation of the car's features helped me feel safe and secure. I feel like I got a great deal and the financing aspect of the transaction went smooth and quickly. Very good experience I went through Internet sales so I did not have the "in shop" buying experience but the internet experience with Karen was great! She answered all my questions promptly, always responded to emails same day or next and even on her days off. We settled on a deal so I then drive over 200 miles to get my almost new Chevy Equinox - so they care about their used car division as much as new Nissans. Alan Guido took care of the transfer because Karen Stehman was off but didn't she come in and spent over a half hour with me while the rest if the paperwork and insurance was taken care of. Alan was very friendly and professional, the car was very clean and ready to go - it even had a FULL tank of gas! The deal ship was very clean, no blairibg music, everyone was friendly snd helpful. The service area was comfy and they supply coffe, drinks and cookies for free. There is also a vending machine or two. Overall great experience and if u did not live so far away I would definitely but here next - who knows maybe I will anyway. More
