Closing a deal on a car usually means hours waiting around at the dealer, but we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I had visited 5-6 dealers of various brands and none held a candle to the warmth, friendliness, and service of Eisenhauer. Most of the others actually made me want to give up and keep my old car. 2016 Pearl White Rogue I have never had as much fun picking out a car as I did when we walked into the dealership and Rich approached us. We told him we haven't driven that type of vehicle. However, what we know about the vehicle, we were very interested in it. We traveled a distance to look at the vehicle. On our way there Greg checked to see if they could do better on the price. He called us back to let us know they could and offered to hold the vehicle until we got there. They have the vehicle completely ready to be sold by the time we arrived. The transaction was quick. Unfortunately, we had them there after their closing time. We apologized. Greg and Kathy were very gracious. Kathy was very nice and efficient. A gentleman even washed the vehicle again after the test drive so I could drive home with it looking pristine. We would recommend Greg and his team. More
