Arny and Mike were both just courteous and professional. When we needed to delay closing by a week, there was no issue at all in holding the vehicle. On the day of close it was detailed, fueled up, and ready to go when my wife and I arrived. The finance process was almost pleasurable - how often do people say that? Rachel had everything organized and prepared ahead of time. We walked in, sat down, signed a few papers, and got the keys. I've spent more time standing in line at the grocery store. Afterward, Arny went over the vehicle with us to make sure we understood the features and everything was to our satisfaction, and got us on our way. We were neither rushed through nor had our time wasted, just taken care of in an efficient and courteous manner - EXACTLY the way a business should be run. We woke up one day and he said "trust me, get dressed I have someplace I want to take you". 2 1/2 hours later we were in PA and greeted at the door by Danny. A few minutes later I met Kathy. They escorted me out to take me on a test ride and I thought that was it. But to my surprise we weren't there for just a test ride....we were there to pick up my new ride !!!!
