But I was. My sales person this time was Jim Bentz and he managed to exceed my previous pleasant experiences and establish a new plateau. Jim managed to negotiate a great deal for me and he did it quickly and professionally. I saw the vehicle I wanted around 1:00 pm and by 5:00 pm the vehicle was prepped and delivered to me- the same day! And I didn't have to stand around the dealership waiting endlessly. The paperwork took about 30 minutes. I was able to leave the dealership and attend to my schedule while Jim and the Eisenhauer team did their jobs and made my purchase possible. Jim and I agreed on a delivery time (5:00 pm) and when I arrived the vehicle was ready. Thanks Jim for a great job. I was looking at the 2016 Nissan Murano so my husband scheduled an appointment with Rich. As soon as I arrived at Eisenhauer, I was able to test drive the Murano. During the test drive, Rich, my husband, and myself talked about what I was/was not looking for in a new vehicle, and Rich was genuinely interested in what I had to say. I did not feel any pressure to buy during our conversation (which I feel is a sign of a great salesman). Once the test drive was over, we talked more about what I was/was not looking for, and he looked over their inventory. I finally decided that I was interested in the 2016 Nissan Murano that I just drove. So we talked numbers, and I was offered a wonderful deal. The entire transaction went smoothly, and I LOVE my new Murano! I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with Rich Long at Eisenhauer Nissan. Danny Hassler was our salesman and was happy to take us for a test drive and have my car appraised. Danny did not pressure us into anything at all, and was great to work with. He answered any questions we had and helped us work out the numbers. I had already made up my mind that night that I wanted that Jeep, and got my loan approved ASAP. We contacted Danny immediately letting him know we were ready to purchase the car, and he took it off the lot right away for us. The sales deal went quickly within about a day, and went very smoothly. This was the first car I bought on my own and I felt comfortable and trusting with Danny.
