Nothing pushy or fake; I could tell he truly wanted to place us in the vehicle that would best fit our needs and budget. Eisenhauer Nissan had every color option, low mileage vehicle we were pricing online. We found a 2018 in the color my wife liked best with 1500 miles for around $5,000 less than purchasing new. We could not pass it up. The sales office was also great offering free TV, WiFi, sandwiches and drinks. At least two sales reps made attempts to entertain our 9 year old granddaughter while I was signing paperwork which took about 2 hours. This was simply the perfect buying experience. More

I ended up purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Altima SV, and before driving off the lot he made sure I was comfortable with all of the features that my new car has. We have the luxury of having a multitude of foreign and domestic dealers within a 20 mile radius of our home. We could shop anywhere for our new and pre-owned vehicles but continue to show our loyalty Pete Eisenhauer's dealership. Eisenhauer Nissan is a TQM business that goes above and beyond to meet their customers needs. I just traded my 2104 Rogue which we literally drove out of the show room 4 years ago and I purchased a 2017 Titan. My sales rep. is Terry Dinger, who previously sold me a 2012 Rogue and 2014 Altima. which we still own and service at Eisenhauer. Terry has a strong knowledge base of all Nissan product and is very honest. He never speaks negatively about the competitions models because he knows Nissan can stand on its own. Considering today's the full size truck market is very strong, I was actually leaning towards a Ford F150 or Chevy Silverado. Eisenhauer's traditionally has an outstanding selection of pre-owned trucks which I was encouraged to test drive. Not one time was pushed towards the Nissan Product. Terry's was able to answer every question regarding the Titan truck. Terry utilized his resources by having me speak to one of their veteran service tech's regarding my questions on the comparative Ford, Chevy and Dodge product. Jon Kocher was the tech I spoke to, who I might add drives Ford trucks, for design and aesthetic reasons only. Jon spent at least 10-15 minutes answering every comparative question I had on the top manufactures and not one time did he try and lead me to the buying a Nissan Truck. Terry and Jon were able to supply me with all the data I needed to make my decision without feeling coerced. The trade deal and sale price I received from Terry was solid and stood up to hundreds of on-line offers and Blue Book rates. Terry responded to my phone calls and text messages immediately and was more than accommodating with the sale. Jerry Young and Sue Lingle in financing were equally accommodating. I received a brand new Titan rental while my truck was getting prepped for pick-up. Every employee in the showroom and service dept. are professional and very friendly. I've never shopped at any other Nissan dealership and can only hope they all offer the same quality sales and service. Pete Eisenhauer has high high expectations and his team does it the right way! Best car buying experience in my 76 years I have been lookin on line to possibly trade in my 3 yr old car. Within 1/2 hour I received a call from julia at Eisenhauer Nissan expressed my wishes and she called me back with pertinent details and pics and information on what I desired. Although it Was a busy Saturday I went in met her she introduced me to Billy a young salesmen a really nice and respectful young man. The cars were ready and waiting. I chose a beautiful scarlet ember 2018 Altima sv loaded to the gills. Sat down worked a great deal but they said if I wait till Monday they can do better. I did they did and left with the car. Absolutely the nicest and least stressful buying experience ever. Love the car the dealership . The finance people all.
