He even made sure we were well fed during the "worst" part of any purchase, the paperwork. We did all of the research before hand and knew exactly what we wanted. Jay helped to make sure our dream came true and stayed in our budget. He even gave us advice on how to personalize our vehicle in the future. Very satisfied My husband and I were looking in to trading in our mid-size SUV for a full size SUV and after researching, we found several at Eisenhower Nissan that My husband and I were looking in to trading in our mid-size SUV for a full size SUV and after researching, we found several at Eisenhower Nissan that we wanted to look at. Greg took multiple calls from my husband while he was working & 1 even on his way home! He knew we had a good drive up there & had a lot of obligations the week we called, so he was able to set one of the vehicles we were interested in aside for just a few days to give us time to get up there. While we were there, he was working with 3 couples at one time & he did a great job juggling all of us. We are extremely pleased with the vehicle we picked out & very glad we drove over an hour one way to their dealership. It drives so smoothly! And Rachel was patient with us as our 1 year old was persistent on crawling under her desk as we signed papers. Also, it may not seem like a lot, but it was really nice that they had free drinks for their customers while they waited. It's a nice gesture! More

Perfect Customer Service I bought a certified pre-owned car that had a vanity plate installed by the prior owner. Mike took care of having the plate and unit removed, the fron I bought a certified pre-owned car that had a vanity plate installed by the prior owner. Mike took care of having the plate and unit removed, the front bumper buffed, and installed plugs in the holes on the bumper that can hardly be seen. This was a perfect fix, and was handled in the most genuinely decent way, all in about 15 minutes. Thanks Mike! More
