Pre-owned 2011 Ford Escape purchase Danny did an excellent job of making sure I understood this unit was a 4X2 front wheel drive only. Offered coffee during trade evaluation. Showroom is really nice, not noisy even when multiple customers are there. No haggling over price. Their price was Excellent right from the start. Greg handled all the details of our trade really well. He even got our insurance coverage transferred & had the NEW ID card for the new car for us when we got there to pick up the car. Greg & the staff we dealt with were WONDERFUL We VERY HIGHLY recommend this dealership. We live about 27 miles away & it was really worth the trip to get our car from them. Could not give 5 star rating - NO one was at reception desk to help us when we entered showroom & we needed help. More

After building a Nissan online, we were contacted the next day by Karen Stehman asking if Every dealing we had with Eisenhauer's employees was great. After building a Nissan online, we were contacted the next day by Karen Stehman asking if we had any questions. When I expressed interest in a test drive, Karen put me in touch with Terry Dinger. Terry took the time to find out what our needs are, showed us the Pathfinder, and then did a very thorough job going over it's features. Once we decided that the Pathfinder was the best choice for us, Terry and the rest of the employees at Eisenhauer did a great job of getting us in the car quickly and painlessly. Terry took the time afterwards to ensure to set the car up to suit me and to be certain that I was comfortable before leaving. More
