They told me to come back that Thursday, still couldnt take my car for repa following Tuesday for service. Service knew NOTHING about my appointment. They told me to come back that Thursday, still couldnt take my car for repairs (mind you, repairs that were promised to me by my salesman). Asked me to come again that folllowing Tuesday. They fixed 2 of the 5+ issues and needed “approval” to fix the rest. That was on 10/28. I’m still waiting for a call back. Multiple salesmen have contacted me since I purchased the car asking me if I was still interested in purchasing the car I already did. Every salesmen that has called me since purchasing my car has told me they would get to the bottom of my service issue and call me back … I’m still waiting! More

When I scheduled the recall service for side airbag I was told it might take all day. When I arrived I was told it would probably not be done until the following day. I was called the following day and told told it might take all day. When I arrived I was told it would probably not be done until the following day. I was called the following day and told the replacement was 'faulty' and it took an additional day to replace. Also I had a Mopar coupon for 2 oil fills but was told I had to contact Mopar directly which was too much hassle for this 77 year old at 8m using a smart phone app More

After describing that the coolant hose burst, the Service writer told me that that's a common problem and should be covered under warranty. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership. Later that day I received a text saying it was not covered under warranty. They charge me $220 for diagnostics to find out that what I said was wrong was actually wrong and we're quoting me over $1000 to make the 10 minute repair. After talking to the Service Dept. manager, I was told that they have to do a pressure test to find the leak and that a burst hose is not covered under warranty. But they knew it was a burst hose before they made me pay to tell it there and charge me for diagnostics. When I got home and started to fix it myself, I noticed oil in the radiator as soon as I took the radiator cap off. I paid for diagnostics, but they didn't tell me I had oil in my antifreeze. The service manager told me they do not remove the radiator cap to do a cooling system pressure test. I find that hard to believe. More
