I called the week before my appointment to confirm the part whlas in and they told me YES. I dropped my car off at 730 am for a first thing appointment and got a call 5 HOURS later to be told they actuall part whlas in and they told me YES. I made the appointment f9r when I am off work because I go to work at 630 am and I was told we'll maybe the manufacturere will get you a rental. Then I find out that the sister dealership in cherry hill had 70 of the parts available. So why couldn't they get the part from them? Why was it told you had the part when you didn't. I still have a blown speaker in my vehicle. It's a total hassle to get a ride to or from the dealer since you don't offer loaner cars or professional ride share services. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealer. After totalling my charger in an accident for which I was not at fault, I had been searching for a suitable replacement. I saw a very nice looking charger with everything I was looking for. After reaching out, through the website, I made an appointment for the next day (Saturday Feb 14th) at 1 PM. I received at least 3 seperate confirmation calls between when i made rhe appointment, and the next day when the test drive was scheduled to be, and even reached out the same day to inform them i would be a half an hour late which they said was totally fine. After driving over 1.5 hours to see this car, I am seated with a very nice and understanding salesmen, when he went to get the keys, I was told someone had already purchased the car. They tried to show me another car which was nowhere near what I was looking for. I dont know if this was a lack of communication, lack of care, or if it was a bait and switch but the car is STILL listed on their site so im inclined to think this was a bait and switch and the car was never available.
