Joe Giunta Super Service Guy I've been taking my 2011 Chrysler Town and Country to Mt. Ephraim Chrysler, Dodge Ram, since I purchased it on New Year's EVE, 2010. I've worked with Joe Giunta and his staff since my very first scheduled service. Going to Joe is kike going to a private mechanic, but with the benefit of having a trained Chrysler trained staff with the know-how to handle my service needs. He remembers my name and my van and makes sure I'm always up to spec. My wife, Nancy, is handicapped, which is why we purchased the T&C, Joe understands my concerns and I always feel confident when I drive my car out of Mt.Ephraim's lot. I always get a ride to or from the dealership. This visit the van was tied up and Joe sent a really great driver Roberto to pick me up in a Dodge Challenger! Roberto is a very knowledgeable young man and had a great conversation on the way back to the dealership. It's the little and the big things combined that make working with Joe and the staff at Mt.
