Service could not be bothered to update me on status of work or availability of part. Even once part was received, I had to call to schedule as the dealership never called, I was only aware they had becaus work or availability of part. Even once part was received, I had to call to schedule as the dealership never called, I was only aware they had because the warranty company stepped in to attempt to expedite the repair. More
STAY AWAY FROM THIS This dealership will manipulate you into giving them a top rating with the promise of “incentives”. Don’t be fooled. They will not stand by it and change the wording around if you ask f into giving them a top rating with the promise of “incentives”. Don’t be fooled. They will not stand by it and change the wording around if you ask for it in writing. Not to mention it is impossible to get your vehicle in for service. They will provide no loaner or rental vehicle. Leased a brand new vehicle and within 15,000 miles needed a new battery. They had the vehicle for 4 days. They performed no draw test to locate a drain on the battery. Just kept the vehicle for 4 days and just swapped out the battery. Horrible customer service, horrible sales service, and an even worse service center. More
Be aware I did not know that this dealership has been under investigation before and this is what happened to me. Here’s a synopsi:I have had a chance to carefully review my final contract and Truth-in-L under investigation before and this is what happened to me. Here’s a synopsi:I have had a chance to carefully review my final contract and Truth-in-Lending disclosures, I have serious concerns regarding the pricing and terms of this transaction that need to be addressed immediately. Specifically: Base Cash Price Discrepancy: This vehicle was advertised online for $19,200. However, Line 1 ("Cash Price") on my itemized contract is listed at $29,675.96 ($27,794 before sales tax). Under New Jersey Administrative Code (N.J.A.C. § 13:45A-26B) and the NJ Consumer Fraud Act, a dealership cannot charge a base cash price higher than the advertised price. Loan Term Misalignment: The financing was written for an 84-month (7-year) term rather than the 72-month term we discussed, yet the monthly payment remains nearly $400/month despite my $5,000 down payment. Financed Balance: After applying my $5,000 down payment, my Amount Financed is $25,425.96, bringing my total vehicle cost well over $30,000 for a used compact sedan. I would like to come in as soon as possible to meet directly with you and the General Manager to review these figures, recalculate the contract to match the advertised price, or discuss unwinding this agreement. Please let me know what time tomorrow or Monday works best for us to meet. They would not respond back did not want to meet with me and I know the bottom one is I signed the contract but after reviewing when I got home, I discovered all these discrepancies. More
The technicians were knowledgable and upfront about services and what was required and what they suggest the next step of action should be ultimately leaving it up to me. Thank yall so much services and what was required and what they suggest the next step of action should be ultimately leaving it up to me. Thank yall so much More
Don’t know anything about warranties and what is provided and then they don’t provide a rental for leases and then you have to fight with Chrysler themselves to get the rental reimbursement. The entire compa and then they don’t provide a rental for leases and then you have to fight with Chrysler themselves to get the rental reimbursement. The entire company and every dealer is terrible! 👍 More
