Kisco Honda's Service Advisor, Rachel Marisa.   I was leaving for a long trip and was worried it would happen again while I was driving. Rachel talked me through the issue and pleasantly and patiently told me how to handle the situation. She was not annoyed and didn't make me feel like my questions where an inconvenience instead she thoroughly explained what to do if it happened again during my trip and her concern about my safety was impressive.  Rachel's knowledge and experience is irreplaceable and top notch! As long as Rachel is employed at Mt. Kisco Honda I will be bringing my car to be serviced there.  Thanks to Rachel, I no longer had a concern about my car on the long trip and am home safely!  Thank you Rachel for your professionalism, courteous and respect.  Rachel's Customer Service Skills are so impeccable that she can train the young Sales Reps at the dealership on how to appropriately and professionally communicate with Customers! It was the best price on the Internet, and Gabriel did not let me down in anyway shape or form. If you need a car go to these guys, and if you want a great interaction with the salesman get Gabriel! I would totally use him again, although it might be another 10 years ;-) More

I will still buy Honda as I'm loyal to the brand. However, I will never go to or recommend Mt Kisco Honda again. They don't know what customer service means. More

I decided to try Mt Kisco Honda and I am very glad I did! My service advisor David Bruder was friendly and professional and really seemed to care about me and my car! They did the oil change that I came in for and gave me a full report about my car. Because of the way David treated me, Mt Kisco Honda will be my dealer! I look forward to my next visit! More

Easiest car purchase ever Worked on a deal with Isam. I showed up on today(fri) at 12:30pm. Went him and had lunch and returned and sat with Mike for financing and was out the door shortly thereafter with my new car. Mike was very patience and methodically reviewed the numbers and made the process as easy as it can be. No hard sell on warranties. Buying a car is stressful but not at Mount Kisco Honda. Side note: I'm not seeing her name on this review site but I'd like to briefly mention Toni-Marie DiMassimo (Business Development Manager). She checked in once via phone call and followed up sporadically via email maybe once or twice over the course of a month. Truly a great team at Mount Kisco Honda!! More
