Salesman was very knowledgeable my vehicle. He managed to locate and get my car within a matter of 2 days, with only 8 available in the United States!!! JP was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and asked us probing questions that enabled us to zero in on the car we wanted. In addition, we were wavering between purchase and lease and JP clearly outlined probing questions that enabled us to zero in on the car we wanted. In addition, we were wavering between purchase and lease and JP clearly outlined the pros and cons of both which allowed us to make an informed decision that was right for us. Further, we had to reschedule a couple of appointments with JP and he was always flexible in our requests to move appointments. This was my first time leasing a car and Andrew Silfen made the process so easy and enjoyable. He took my husband and me on a great test drive of the 2014 Honda CRV, making sure that we had opportunities made the process so easy and enjoyable. He took my husband and me on a great test drive of the 2014 Honda CRV, making sure that we had opportunities to drive on the highway, back roads, and steep hills. He carefully and thoroughly explained all the features of the car while we were making our decision and again once I picked up the car a few days later. Nick was a great salesman. He was willing to negotiate and was very fair. He treated us like family. When we picked up the car we noticed the interior was not cleaned very well and Nick arranged for it to and was very fair. He treated us like family.
