I purchased a CR-V at Mount Kisco Honda for three reasons: the superb reliability of Honda vehicles, the exceptional service team at Mt. Kisco Honda, and the superb sales staff, particulary Cesar Mor reasons: the superb reliability of Honda vehicles, the exceptional service team at Mt. Kisco Honda, and the superb sales staff, particulary Cesar Mora. Cesar Mora made certain that my test drive included a variety of driving experiences from highway driving to extreme hills and side streets. He patiently explained the differences between the various models of CR-Vs that I was considering and paid special attention to what my particular needs were. Ultimately, he helped me select a vehicle that was the best price for my needs. Even after purchasing the car, Cesar carefully demonstrated a second time all of the features of the new vehicle and made certain that I was comfortable driving my new car. He was by far the most thorough and considerate salesperson I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. At Mt. Kisco Honda, the customer comes first. A customer is encouraged to ask questions and provided many options. With the superb quality of Honda vehicles and the exceptional staff at Mount Kisco Honda, buying a car is very pleasant experience. I should also mention that as a woman, I was treated with exceptional courtesy and respect. Ultimately, a car dealership that treats all individuals with courtesy and respect is a car dealership that recognizes that superb quality is reflected best in superb customer service. Alex was nothing but a professional ! He was kind, understanding, friendly etc etc etc !!!!! I have had other experiences with other dealerships and salesmen and it was not enjoyable. This experience with Alex was actually enjoyable and painless. He completely understood our needs and where we needed to be with monthly charges. I am so pleased with my lease agreement with Mt Kisco Honda. The price for leasing was fabulous. I traded in my 2004 Honda Accord and they gave me a very fair price. The salesman Cesar Mora was the best salesman I have ever done business with. He is knowledgeable, courteous and oh so patient. He took the time to show me all the perks of my new car and how to setup my bluetooth it was great. He took care of every detail of my purchase and left me with nothing to worry about except getting used to my new Honda Civic. The car drives like a dream and has so many wonderful perks. I was very pleased with all the people associated with my purchase especially Cesar. We needed a safe, reliable and affordable all wheel drive vehicle for my daughter and shopped at several dealerships. Once we got to Mt Kisco Honda we were lucky enough to meet up with Brian Durkin. He was n vehicle for my daughter and shopped at several dealerships. Once we got to Mt Kisco Honda we were lucky enough to meet up with Brian Durkin. He was not only knowledgeable, but he was also honest, friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Brian was able to give us a fair price on the 2013 Honda CRV, which enabled us to lease the car for our daughter. A few days later when we picked up the car, there were no hidden surprises. Brian made this car leasing experience truly pleasurable.
