We were owners of the Honda Odyssey, but unfortunately the car was totaled the first week of June. We decided we did not want another mini-van and therefore began our search for an SUV. We stopped by Toyota and Chevrolet but realized that there was nothing that suited our needs (family of 5 along with Grandma and sometimes Aunt Kathy). The Pilot attracted us immediately. Very roomy, 4-wheel drive and trunk space. JP was our Sales Rep and he was perfect. He was informative and so willing to help us. We did not have time to test drive and I also wanted the kids with us so that I could see how they managed getting into the third seat. Two days later, we went back to Honda and loaded up the car. Kids get into the 3rd seat very easily!! After the test drive, we decided that the Pilot was the car. JP made everything very simple and he introduced us to Anthony who explained the financing. About a week later, we arrived back at Honda to pick up our Pilot. Anthony had all the paperwork ready and waiting and JP gave us a full demo of the interior. While I had a very good experience, the dealership's website is not very user friendly and not adequately accessible by smart phone, at least compared to all the other dealership websites I visited. As a result, I did not contact them initially in my search for a new car. I did find my way to Mt Kisco eventually for other reasons and I am glad I did because once there, I found a great sales team. I initially worked with JP Kupper and then with Tom Curran (Tom should be on the list of employees to select on this website, fyi, but is not). JP was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, and very helpful. Tom was great, was my go-between with the finance staff, was always eager to make sure I was happy and taken care of, and was impressively patient with my myriad of questions and concerns. Tom knew alot about the cars and always knew or found answers for me. I couldn't have had better sales help, with both guys. I wish my trade-in value was higher, but they had flexibility which I appreciated. The finance/business side of the transaction was good, but not great, because of the staff not being as accessible as I would have liked by phone in answering questions and confirming financing information during the 5 days between agreeing to the purchase and picking up the car. That said, they ended up being very good in terms of helping me finance with a terrific rate and getting a good deal on an extended warranty. Overall the experience was very positive, and I love the car and am very pleased with the dealer. They made the transaction really overall quite easy and painless. More

I came to Mt. Kisco Honda to repair an exhaust system on a '96 Accord (over 250,000 mi.). In addition, a leak in the oil pan was found and the shields on the catalytic converter were missing. Jaime in the Service Dept gave me such a great first impression that I had the confidence to re-think the repairs in light of what I knew about the car already. I knew that a timing belt was also needed and the air conditioner no longer worked, so I decided to look at used cars. That was when Nick Gizzo took over. I can't say enough good things about Nick. Intelligent, professional, courteous and clearly honest and forthright with me. When I needed to get to my bank but did not want to drive my 96 Honda which sounded like a Mac Truck, Nick chauffered me there. Needless to say, I wanted some touch-up paint for the "new" Honda and two masters plus one valet key which Nick graciously obliged. Moving all my "stuff" from the old to the new Honda, Nick kept up with good homor and wit throughout. All in all, I walked in at 9am and left at 3pm with plates transferred, financial transactions complete, and the proud owner of yet another Honda Accord. I have never received better service anywhere and at age 71 with a lifetime of cars behind me, that says alot! More
