I've tried the service departments at many area Honda dealers and have walked away from all after my first (and last) visit. That changed about 5 years ago when I found Mt. Kisco Honda and I haven't gone to any other Honda service department since. In fact, I drive past Honda dealers that are closer to my home just to go to Mt. Kisco Honda. Service Advisor Joe Haughton, whom I work with the majority of the time, is a first rate A1 professional. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. He always listens to my concerns patiently and carefully and always finds the right solution to my problems. I can also say on the occassions I have worked with Service Advisors David and Jamie, they are equally excellent. Service Technician Jake McKenna is also to be recognized as a first rate A1 professional. He too is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. And he too always listens to my concerns patiently and carefully and always finds the right solution to my problems. Because I still drive a (mint) 1995 Accord, I tend to run into alot of problems - and tough unorthodox problems at that - because of the car's age and Jake solves them every time. For this reason, I always ask that Jake work on my vehicle when possible. All other Mt. Kisco Honda personnel who are familiar with me from my frequent service visits are also very friendly and helpful. I am very thankful I have Mt. Luis DeOliveira was very patient. He answered all our questions about the 2012 Honda CRV, including differences between the LX, EX and EX -L models.
