Love my car but felt like I was handed off. As I walked to my car on the lot, Jason meet me immediately. He Was very nice at first until I was approved for my car. After I was approved I felt as As I walked to my car on the lot, Jason meet me immediately. He Was very nice at first until I was approved for my car. After I was approved I felt as if he was in a very big hurry to sale another car so I got handed off to three different people. As I was leaving a very nice gentlemen offered to let me drive my car to get my daughter from school, not Jason. I returned two hours later to finish the paper work. Once again, Jason asked other people to help me with stuff. I didn't get a hand shank, a congratulations, nothing from Jason. The other three gentleman did a better job then he did and they didn't even sell me the car!! It took over 45 mins to get my drive out tag (that he didn't help with either). A guy that worked there even said it shouldn't have taken that long. My first car buying experience was very rushed and a complete bust with the consumer service I recived from him! More
