Trenton, we’re sorry to hear you’re dissatisfied. As discussed during the process, the specific truck configuration you wanted with the 5.3 V8 was not available at the time, which is why we worked together to place an order for the exact truck you wanted. That order is currently in progress. In the meantime, our dealership is personally working with you on an internal trade-assistance solution to help minimize the impact of transitioning from the current truck into the one you originally wanted once it arrives. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and remain committed to helping make this situation right.

I was told I cant get out of the negative equity and that the professional opinion is to keep the 2.7. If i was to trade it like talked about I'd gain more negative equity and be paying 90 thousand for a 55 thousand dollar truck all because there is a misunderstanding on the engine size. So again it seems I am stuck with the wrong sized engine

TRENTONWOODEN330 responded

Yes we talked about ordering the truck with a v8 but i still have to deal with the negative equity from both trucks so why would I get a new truck to grow what I owe. Even tho its the wrong engine it seems I have to keep it to come out halfway decent. I came in with the intentions to buy a bigger engine to pull trailers and came out with the same engine I had in my 2023 Colorado that I traded in. I should have just kept it

Yes a internal deal has been proposed but from what I understand I'll still take the bad equity from the 2.7 that i am currently driving and gain more with the truck that is being made and the only difference is the engine being a 5.3. Which I trade my 2023 Colorado in for to have a bigger truck to pull a trailer but somehow came out with the same sized engine should've just kept the Colorado and saved a bunch

Mr. Wooldridge, we’re disappointed to hear that you remain unhappy with your purchase experience, as our goal is always to exceed expectations before, during, and after the sale. Your purchase was completed entirely remotely at your request, including home delivery of the vehicle without you ever visiting the dealership in person. Prior to final acceptance, you were given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle. Additionally, the CARFAX report was available through our website on the vehicle listing, and an extended warranty option was offered but declined at the time of purchase. When you later expressed concerns, we scheduled an appointment for the vehicle to be inspected at no charge; however, that appointment was canceled and has not yet been rescheduled. Most recently, our General Manager personally offered to assist further and review the vehicle with you directly, again at no cost, but that offer was declined. We remain willing and committed to working toward a resolution. Please contact General Manager Ben Roberts directly if you would like to schedule a time for us to inspect the vehicle and address your concerns together.

I was offered my vehicle to be "diagnosed" but Ben Roberts, the general manager stated, "I can't fix it, that wouldn't be good business." Not to mention, I already had the vehicle there at the service station once. I had it towed there (at my own expense of $100) and was immediately told by Yammonicka, Zack, and Ean (I have the data to prove it) that I would be charged $235 just to diagnose it. Then, I declined and had it towed away (again at my own expense of $100). Only after leaving the facility, and a day or so later did I get Ben the GM's "generous offer." I asked Zack and Ean for the Carfax not once, not twice, but three times via text and phone call. No one ever informed me where to find it, and actually reassured me nothing was wrong with it and that the Carfax was in the glove compartment (both of which were untrue). I would also like to openly state that Ben Roberts the GM literally yelled at me during our last interaction. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable and had to ask them to refrain from further contact other than to ensure matters related to my current vehicle purchase are finalized for registration or if they were wilking to exchange my defective vehicle for an operating one. I have not heard back.
